1.How can I connect to the Internet?
You can connect to the Internet by plugging your computer directly into the location in your unit where the service enters. This location differs depending on your property and unit layout. If you have a wireless router, you can plug it into the date/Internet port and connect using your wireless connection. You can also surf the web on line through our Set Top Box Internet module. You may want to add our wireless keyboard to assist you in typing requests online.

2.Do you provide an email address?
Yes, FrontGate offers email for all the members of your family at our web address YOURNAME@myfrontgate.net or through your property web site address if we are administrating that domain address.

3.How fast is the service?
FrontGate offers symmetrical bandwidth service which is faster than most carriers. Our standard service starts at minimum of 3 Mbps up and down and can be expanded to 100 Mbps per user.

4.Can I obtain a Static IP address?
Yes, We offer Static IP addresses for those customer s who can demonstrate their need for this additional service. Please contact us for more details at info@frontgatenetworks.com.

5. How can I secure my wireless connection?
With your wireless router, there are built-in security features that can be activated to protect your information. You can either try to set it up yourself, contact an outside computer networking company or request FrontGate to set up the network for you.
