No hardware or infrastructure investment is needed which means that residents and staff have full 24-hour access from their PC, cell phone and set top box. Managing requests ranging from restaurant reservations, housekeeping, pet care, car service, and much more.
The hotel-style database included with the concierge module organizes all local vendors, services and contact information, which is owned by the community, not the individual concierge. This empowers any staff member to answer questions or input a request thus extending resident access to all services. |

The Resident Alert module is integrated to the master resident database so it is automatically updated with the most current occupant information including resident preferences.
The system automatically captures the ID or logs a digital signature via the digital signature pad. All entries are archived so management can track any package from the point it enters the community to the successful delivery or pick up by the resident.
Emergencies: Weather, water main leaks, missing children, evacuation instructions, etc.
Non-Emergencies: Community events, maintenance schedules, elections, special events, etc.
Resident Alert seamlessly integrates with the optional Gatehouse/Lobby module to allow even temporary visitors that may be on site just for the day to receive the alert. |

FrontGate’s Home Security system is easy to use, with a simple one-touch button and numeric code to turn it off. Other security systems can require complicated and numerous button sequences to use the keypad, but not ours.
On Button
Activate the home alarm by simply pressing the "ON" button.
Motion Off Button
Deactivate the motion sensor when pets or residents are moving inside the home by simply pressing the "MOTION OFF" button.
Instant Button
Setting the feature requires only one touch as well. This feature immediately triggers the home alarm upon intrusion detection.
Options Button
This button allows you to test, customize and receive information about the status of the home alarm.
One-Touch Emergency Buttons
The keypads are also equipped with one-touch emergency buttons for fire, medical and police. In the event of an emergency, you can trigger the alarm by pressing the fire, medical or police emergency button. |
