Why can’t I receive calls?
If you cannot receive incoming calls:

* Check the ringer on the phone set (located either on the side or underneath the phone).

* If you receive a half ring on an incoming call, this may indicate that Call Forwarding is activated.

Why can’t I make calls?
If only one of your phones is causing the problem:

1. Press each button on the phone's number keypad to ensure that they are not sticking or making a dull sound instead of a clean tone.

Why are my calls dropped?
There are several issues that might cause dropped calls.

Determine if the problem is being caused by a faulty phone or jack.

Problems with inside wiring.
If you have a problem with your inside wiring or jacks, you can choose to fix it yourself, hire a provider of your choice, or contact FrontGate to request repair service. How do I remove the noise on the phone?
If you are experiencing static, noise, or hearing others on the line, you can check several things yourself before entering a repair request. By taking the extra step and following the information below you could avoid possible service charges.If you are experiencing noise problems:Static can be generated by cordless telephone sets, answering machines, and modems. Try unplugging the equipment from both the jack and the electric outlet and plug in a standard telephone set to see if the problem is resolved.

Why can’t I hear or be heard on phone?
If you are having trouble hearing or being heard, make sure your phone equipment is properly connected. This problem can be the result of connection or equipment problems, such as, cordless phone interference, a damaged headset, or the volume setting on your phone needs adjusting.

You can try the following:
1. Hang up and try again using another phone.
2. If the problem persists, it may be the other party's phone. Ask them to check their equipment.
